Product Support - We're committed to making your ordering experience clear and easy. While we aim to offer all the details you need before you order, our team is always ready to assist if you have any questions.

 

Our Guarantee - We love our products, and we want you to love them too! As such, we never ship subpar or untested products. Every order is made from high quality products and is designed with you in mind. Every product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure the highest quality and performance.

 

Payment Methods - We accept all major credit cards.

 

Discounts - Available discounts may vary and are subject to change without notice.

 

Returns & Exchanges - Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or used products. If you received the wrong item from your order we will be happy exchange it for you, as long as it has not been used or unsealed. If you're unhappy with our product in any way, please reach out so we can work to resolve.

Pick up & Refunds – We are happy to offer the option for local customers to come by our shop to pick up orders! We offer a local pick up selection in the order process, and will hold pick up orders for three weeks. If you have not collected your order or made other arrangements in that timeframe, we will consider the order abandoned and will not issue refunds for any custom or limited edition products.

 

Product Substitutions - Our inventory is constantly changing, and the majority of our products are limited editions held through a month or a season. As such, from time to time an item that you ordered may be out of stock before the website has a chance to catch up with inventory. We will reach out if this happens to make other arrangements. However if we do not hear back from you with in 48 hours, we will substitute a replacement product for the item in question.
